For my Speech/Event Assignment I have decided to report on “A conversation with Benjamin Crump”.  Benjamin Crump is an attorney who specializes in racial injustice crimes. Crump has represented Trayvon Martin, Martin Lee Anderson Boot Camp, Jannie Ligons (State of Oklahoma vs. Daniel Holtzclaw) and Robbie Tolan. These cases have built a legacy around the fact that the constitution applies to everyone. The event is scheduled to be in Pugh Aditorium at 6pm on Wednesday, Feburary 12th.
